Pick the apps and sites that eat your day. Screen Time keeps them closed, even when Nepsis isn’t running.

Think first
Tap a locked app and Nepsis asks five quick questions instead: a quiz, a puzzle, a little mental math.
Step 3
Earn a few minutes
Get four right and the app opens for five minutes, then locks itself again. Walk away, and that counts too.
